Children’s Ministry

Jesus said to let the children come to him!

At Calvary, we want to see our kids grow up to love God and honor him in their lives. No child is too small to matter!

We teach our kids straight from God’s word. All throughout God’s word we are given examples to live from seen in the lives of those who have come before us. We teach lessons about God’s Love, Sin in our hearts, and forgiveness of others.

During our services we provide a safe, loving nursery for babies and toddlers up to age four. Our nursery is divided into two rooms: a baby nursery for our youngest infants and a toddler nursery for older babies and toddlers who are ready for a little more activity.

Our volunteers care for the children with patience and kindness so that parents can participate in the service with peace of mind. We strive to create a calm, cheerful environment where children are loved and well cared for while you enjoy the preaching and fellowship of the church.

The safety and care of every child is very important to us. All of our nursery and children’s ministry workers undergo background checks before serving. We carefully select volunteers who love children and are committed to creating a safe, caring, and Christ-honoring environment for every child entrusted to us.

We are here to serve you and your family. Parents are always welcome to keep their children in the service, and we love having little ones worship with us. We also provide nursery and children’s programs for those who prefer to use them. Whether your child stays with you in the service or joins one of our classes, both are wonderful and welcome options.

Join us each year for our Vacation Bible School! It’s an exciting and fun way for children to learn more about God’s Word. Each year’s program is centered around a special theme and includes engaging Bible lessons, games, snacks, and crafts each night. Kids always have a wonderful time while learning truths from the Bible.
